WHAT TO EXPECT

Health Questionnaire

At your first visit, I’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire about any relevant medical conditions. This helps to ensure your comfort and safety and allows me to tailor your treatment to suit your situation.

What to wear

You only need to undress to the point you are comfortable with. Usually, this would be bra off (if applicable) and down to your underwear, but you’ll be covered with a towel from upper thigh to waist anyway. For ladies and gentlemen – underwear is kept on at all times !

You will have privacy while you undress. I will give a gentle knock on the door to ensure you are ready before entering.

Relieves headache – Effectively treats those suffering from chronic tension headaches and can ease the symptoms of migraine.

Reduces muscle tension – Uses yoga-like movements, easing tension in your body and, over time, improving your range of motion and flexibility.
