Traditional Thai Massage
My traditional Thai massage includes both acupressure and stretching techniques. This is less vigorous than the fully traditional equivalent, but retains some essential limb stretches carried out on a massage bed instead of the floor.
Thai Aromatherapy Oil Massage
This soothing combination of aromatherapy and Thai massage techniques works on areas of tension, easing the tightness out of muscle knots and areas of stiffness. The aromatherapy oils I use can either invigorate or relax you, both by absorption through your skin as well as inhalation. Don’t be surprised if you doze off!
Deep Tissue Massage
This is excellent for relaxing and loosening tight muscles, tissues and stiff joints where deeper work is required. I will carefully introduce pressure, making sure that your muscles are warmed up with deep pressure only being applied where it’s needed.
Thai Combination Massage
This treatment very popular with my clients. It offers them the best of both worlds – the tension easing benefits of a usual Thai massage together with a relaxing session using unscented massage oil.
Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage
I apply Thai soothing techniques to target the back, neck and shoulder muscles. This helps relieve tension, discomfort or any tightness you may have, improves circulation, and reduces muscle stiffness.
Thai Reflexology Massage
This massage blends traditional Thai massage with foot reflexology. Targeting nerve endings in the feet and lower legs, I apply pressure to specific points on the feet, believed to correspond to different organs and systems in the body, promoting relaxation and overall wellbeing.
